Health & Safety
WHAT ABOUT COVID-19 VACCINATIONS?
All students and staff attendees must be fully vaccinated (two shots) to participate--completed two weeks prior to camp (July 1). A booster, though recommend, is not required.
ANY OTHER HEALTH PRECAUTIONS IN-PLACE?
All attendees must provide proof of a COVID-negative test within 72 hours (3 days) of the student's arrival. Send a time-stamped record or picture of a negative COVID test to email@example.com between 4 PM of Tuesday, 7/12 to Friday, 7/15. This may be shown at check-in, too.
The wearing of face masks is recommended when in crowded indoor spaces, though optional otherwise.
IF A STUDENT EXHIBITS SIGNS OF ILLNESS @ CAMP...
he/she is to immediately report to the camp directors, where the student will be administered a COVID-19 rapid test and/or be subject to be relocated isolated lodging or be picked-up from camp.
WHAT IF I HAVE MEDICATIONS?
All participants should bring whatever medications they require, which includes EpiPens. Ensure they are accessible and within in-reach. (I.e., store those in a backpack or equivalent rather than packing in a luggage.)
