THE SPEAKER? THE SCHEDULE?
We are blessed to have Nataly Echeverri (REM) as our speaker this year! She was born and raised in Bogotá, Columbia by a family passionate for missions and evangelism. She has had extensive training in leadership, trans culture missions, and theology with Youth with a Mission and has served various organizations such as Global European Mission, Wycliffe, and EuroRelief in countries such as Greece, Turkey, Spain, Uruguay, and the US. She is a firm believer that we are all citizens under one, heavenly Kingdom, led by a providential "God of the Suddenly" through her own encounters with God, and hopes to encourage others with her passion for evangelism.
WHAT'S THERE TO DO?
Aside from organized fellowship time and 3 large group sessions--"plenaries" of musical worship, message, small group discussion--Joy El has a variety of amenities and other activities. Check it out here!
AND THE SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS?
Students will be grouped into multiple, single-sex cabins (according to middle and high school clusters) with respective, adult supervision. Campers are to bring their own sleeping bag (or bedsheet & blanket), pillow, shower towel, and shower shoes (e.g., sandals, flip flops, etc.).
